Refund policy

Return Policy

At Larem Dress, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Please note: we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, you will receive a store credit (voucher) or may choose a different dress from our collection. We will send a return form, but not a return label — customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping themselves, as all shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days at Info@laremdress.com.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as these will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

Want a different item? The easiest way is to return your original item (once approved) and then choose a new dress or receive a store credit to use later.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
As with our general policy, we do not issue refunds, but you may receive a store credit or choose a different item. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.


Store Credits

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know if you're eligible for a store credit or exchange. If approved, your credit will be issued within 10 business days.
